Due to the nature of this high school band program venture and our limited resoures, we do not offer refunds or warranties on the items you purchase. We make every effort to ensure that the products we are contracting our manufacturers to create are of good quality, materially and visually. We do not view each item before they are shipped to you, they are leaving from the production warehouse.
If you encounter an issue with one of our products, please let us know ASAP and we will make every effort to rectify the problem (outside of issuing a refund or warranty). If the problem is of unexpected quality of the item (as defined in the description of the product on our website), either material or design elements, we will contact the manufacturer to discuss possible remedies, such as an exchange.
