Congratulations to Sergio, Samiyah and Ephesian on their Music Achievements as 2024-2025 SCBDA Region IV Honor Band Members

Our band students have been making waves in both regional competitions and talent showcases, proving that hard work and dedication pay off!

Sergio, Ephesian, and Samiyah recently auditioned for the SCBDA Region IV Honor Band, competing against top musicians from schools across the region. Their efforts earned them well-deserved spots:

2024 SCBDA Region IV Honors Band program

Ephesian also earned the honor of auditioning at the state level—an impressive accomplishment, even though he didn’t qualify this year.

Beyond honor band, Sergio and Ephesian took their talents to the 2024 Omega Talent Hunt, where they performed among some of the area’s finest musicians. Sergio took 1st place, earning a $300 prize, while Ephesian placed 3rd, winning $150.
